Refund review depends on ride status, payment status, service delivery outcome, and any documented support notes connected to the booking.

When refunds may apply

  • Duplicate charges or duplicate authorizations.
  • Trips that were paid but not completed due to verified operational failure.
  • Billing mistakes confirmed during support review.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time depends on the payment processor and the customer bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable items

Completed rides and charges tied to agreed service upgrades, waiting time, or tolls are generally non-refundable unless a verified billing error is found.
